SNESGame (snesgame.com) is run by Iron Code Studios. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Your games

SNESGame does not supply, host or link to any games. You are responsible for making sure you have the legal right to use any ROM file you load.

2. Using the site

Use SNESGame lawfully. Do not try to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it, or overload it with automated requests.

3. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that every game will run correctly or that the site will always be available. Save states and settings live in your browser and are lost if your browser data is cleared, so do not rely on them as your only copy.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Iron Code Studios is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost save data. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

5. Open-source software

The emulator is built from open-source software released under its own licenses, which apply to that software instead of these terms. The Licenses page lists each part and where to get its source code.

6. Trademarks

Nintendo, Super Nintendo and Super NES are trademarks of Nintendo. SNESGame is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo. Game titles and other trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date above shows when these terms were last updated, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
